Customer Success Manager
Duties and responsibilities
- Onboard consultants and experts to Riverhead platform, and approve Riverhead profile as part of the validation process ensuring meeting internal standards and client requirements
- Manage and organize consultants’ and clients’ data on CRM to optimize outreach, follow-up and communication with all external parties
- Utilize scientific analysis and data-driven insights to match the most suitable Riverhead talent to projects based on the internal competency framework, ensuring a seamless and efficient process of talent allocation
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and consultants fostering strong relationships and open communication channels, ensuring the resolution of complaints, provision of guidance and suggestions as needed to all parties, while striving for exceptional customer service
- Collect and analyze regular customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement quick and effective solutions to their problems
- Oversee service quality and operational efficiency of Riverhead’s business processes to ensure positive user experience for consultants, experts, outsourcing agencies, and clients
- Make appropriate and informed recommendations to streamline operations and improve overall performance of the Riverhead platform, based on users’ feedback and personal experience
- Collaborate with relevant internal teams to implement improvements that enhance user experience and drive overall platform success
- Contribute to the enhancement of Riverhead’s competency mapping model driving continuous successful consultant-client mapping
- Coordinate with and manage vendors, including outsourcing partners and recruitment agencies, ensuring seamless collaboration and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Remain abreast of industry trends and market demands to maintain Riverhead’s competitiveness and position as a leading talent platform
education
- Bachelor degree in business administration or any related field
Experience
- Background in talent acquisition, customer service / management, or marketing and communication
- Previous experience in management consulting and AI related domains is a plus
- Previous experience with startups or startup ecosystem is a plus
