Marketing Specialist

Duties and responsibilities
  • Continuously monitor consumer trends, technological advancements and changes in the marketing landscape in order to proactively adapt marketing strategies to leverage emerging opportunities
  • Collaborate with the business team to uncover insights consequently developing and implementing result-oriented marketing and branding strategies for Riverhead
  • Use different tools to generate content and designs in line with Riverhead’s standards and brand identity
  • Develop and maintain an effective marketing calendar
  • Oversee and grow marketing efforts, consistently identifying revenue growth opportunities within our established clientele base
  • Set marketing objectives and sustain the brand in line with Riverhead’s vision, mission, and both short and long-term goals
  • Contribute to website enhancements through providing recommendations to optimize the use of Riverhead brand and identity
  • Identify and assess short and long-term resource needs, budgetary requirements, and financial projections for marketing activities in line with annual marketing budget, profit / loss projections, and expenditures spending
  • Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends, and translate results into actionable insights for marketing efforts
  • Conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns tailored to the target audience and aligned with the Riverhead’s branding guidelines, including designing content for social media marketing and events
  • Collaborate with both business development and operations teams to achieve outstanding results
  • Communicate closely with vendors and third-party partners ensuring smooth collaboration and managing Riverhead’s relationship with them
  • Regularly provide reports and presentations to the management team, highlighting marketing activities, KPIs, insights, and the impact of marketing efforts on the business
education
  • Bachelor degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
Experience
  • Background in Marketing and Branding
  • Previous experience in management consulting and AI related domains is a plus
Skills
  • Knowledge in CRM Software
  • Successful track record in senior marketing roles and creating marketing campaigns
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in using AI and online marketing tools
