Talent Acquisition Specialist

Duties and responsibilities
  • Effectively execute recruitment operations and other HR related tasks, adhering to Riverhead’s policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations and best practices in talent acquisition and HR management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants and experts, recruitment companies, service providers, and other relevant stakeholders
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and requirements
  • Oversee the entire talent acquisition process from project posting on Riverhead’s platform, resume screening, and interviews to candidate assessment and validation
  • Source potential candidates through various channels such as platform applications, job portals, social media, networking events, and employee referrals
  • Ensure aligning talent to Riverhead’s competency mapping model, facilitating future project matching
  • Ensure clear and effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the talent acquisition process while ensuring positive candidate experience
  • Prepare and analyze surveys and polls to understand potential consultants’ aspirations and preferences ensuring to utilize data insights to enhance talent acquisition strategies and improve candidate experience
  • Play a proactive role in enhancing and customizing Riverhead’s offerings to consultants and experts
  • Develop and implement a robust reporting system internally and externally to track key talent acquisition metrics and measure the effectiveness of the process as a whole
  • Maintain the highest professional standards including confidentiality, practicing ethical behavior, and promoting positive company culture
education
  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related field
Experience
  • Background in Human Resources / Recruitment
  • Previous experience in management consulting and AI related domains is a plus
